Finding the extraordinary in the ordinary…
For me, it’s usually found in the simple moments.
It’s the quiet sip of coffee before the day fully wakes up. Feeling the sunshine on my skin as I move through morning chores, talking with God one breath, one step, one THANK YOU at a time. A meaningful conversation that leaves my heart fuller than before.
A song that speaks to my soul. A drive in an old truck that has so many stories to tell. Pig snorts and cuddles that make joy feel effortless. Walking hand in hand with my love. The laughter of my kids when we are all together.
None of these moments ask for attention. They become extraordinary when I slow down enough to be in the moment.
Reflection invite:
Where is the quiet magic showing up in your everyday life?
What simple moment is asking you to slow down and feel it fully?
Pause. Breathe. Notice.
This is where the extraordinary lives.

Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.
Not the version you think you should be. Not the one shaped by expectations, comparisons, or shoulds. But the truest, most honest, bravest version of you.
There is something so beautiful about authenticity. About letting your guard down. About honoring your heart, your story, your pace.
When you stop performing and start being, your soul speaks louder than perfection ever could.
From me to you this today,
✨ Be beautiful. Be YOU. ✨
Much love,
Zanna
Happy F🩷CK IT Friday!
I hope you’re waking up today with your heart a little fuller from celebrating Christmas with the ones you love.
I also know that for some, your heart might feel a little heavy as you reflect on the day. Sometimes life is complicated. And while not everything feels like a blessing in the moment, all of it shapes us. Whatever your heart is feeling today, let’s “fill” some buckets.
It’s the last Friday of 2025.
There were really good days… and some really freaking hard ones. And through it all, there was magic to be found, even in the messy.
✨ GRATITUDE BUCKET
What lessons and blessings are you feeling grateful for in 2025?
Celebrate them. Write them down and add them to your Gratitude Bucket. The more we appreciate, APPRECIATES so let’s bring a ripple of that vibe into 2026.
🔥 F🩷CK IT BUCKET
What hard days are you still carrying the weight of? What’s heavy? What’s no longer serving you, or the world for you to carry? Write it down. Add it to the F🩷CK IT ...
Merry Christmas!!! 🎄
I hope your day is filled with the simple things that bring you joy. The laughter, the love, the good eats, the good sips and the glimmers you’ll remember long after today.

So thankful for this season, for the people and animals we love, and for the little miracles happening all around us.

Life has a way of sweeping us up in its chaos emails, errands, family, work, and endless distractions. But we still get to choose how we show up each day.
Being intentional isn’t about perfection. It’s about small, powerful choices that align us with who we want to be and the life we’re cultivating. When we pause long enough to choose presence, gratitude, movement, connection, and joy, we fill our “Buckets” one act at a time. Over time, those add up to an overflowing, thriving life.
With this in mind I created the Thrive Daily Habits Checklist - five categories with simple, doable habits that remind us to ground ourselves, grow, and live with purpose.

Step outside for morning sunlight & fresh air
Write down 3 things you’re grateful for
Take a mindful 2-minute breathing pause
Read at least 1 page of something uplifting
Reflect with “So what, now what?” Fill your BEST LIFE BUCKETS
Disconnect—no screen time for an hour (morning or bedtime)
Drink water before coffee
Stretch, dance, or move in small ways
Add one colorful food to your meals
Send a genuine check-in to someone
Give full attention in one conversation
Do a tiny act of love (hug, thank-you, smile)
Visualize or note one step toward a dream
Celebrate a tiny victory
Do one thing that lights you up (sing, dance, doodle, workout, hike, laugh)

For the next 7 days, I’m inviting you to pick 3 habits from the list each day and commit to doing them. That’s it. Simple, intentional, and powerful. Print your checklist here!
Choose different habits each day —or stick with the same three if that feels right.
Choose 3 habits daily from the checklist.
Practice them intentionally for 7 days.
Share your journey with the THRIVER Tribe (post, picture, or reflection).
Those who complete the 7-day challenge and share about it will be entered into a special giveaway drawing, a little gift from me to celebrate your intentional living.

Imagine what can shift in just one week when you live with purpose, presence, and joy. Let’s thrive together, one small daily choice at a time.
Much Love,
Zanna
THE DREAM
You know those dreams that tug on your heart—the ones that feel both exhilarating and a little scary? Yeah, those are the ones that matter. The truth is, your dream isn’t waiting on a perfect plan. It’s waiting on your belief. Your commitment. Your willingness to see it, speak it, and start living in alignment with it.
VISUALIZATION + INTENTION = MANIFESTATIN IN MOTION
Visualization and daily intention-setting are powerful tools for manifesting your dreams because they align your mindset, emotions, and actions toward a specific goal. By focusing your attention and energy, you prime your brain (and even your environment) to spot opportunities and take meaningful steps. Here’s how you can use them more effectively, plus some newer techniques you can try:
How They Work Together

New Techniques to Try
1. “Future You” Journaling
Write a journal entry as if you’re already living your dream life. Describe your day in detail. This reprograms your subconscious and builds belief.
Example: “I woke up in my beach house, excited for my morning meeting with my dream client…”
2. Embodied Visualization
While visualizing, incorporate subtle movement—stand tall, smile, breathe deeply. This connects the body and mind and reinforces confidence and readiness.
3. Vocal Intention Setting
Speak your intentions out loud with conviction. Saying them activates different areas of the brain and boosts commitment. Try:
4. Micro-Intentions Throughout the Day
Don’t just set one intention in the morning—pause throughout the day to reset. Ask:
5. Visualization Anchoring
Choose a small physical object (a stone, ring, bracelet) and hold or wear it during your visualization. Later, when you touch it during the day, you re-trigger that empowered state.
Here's to DREAMING our dreams and making them REALITY. I am rolling out a 7 Day Manifestation Challenge.
Each day, we’ll focus on one sacred aspect of manifestation: combining mindset, energy, and aligned action. This isn’t about hustle—it’s about harmony. About showing up each day on purpose.
Day 1 begins tomorrow. I hope you will look for it and join us!
Cheers,
Zanna
In a world that often teaches us to chase more—more success, more wealth, more achievements—it’s easy to overlook the abundance already present in our lives. But what if the secret to inviting even more blessings isn’t in striving harder, but in slowing down and appreciating what’s already here?
Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you.” It’s a perspective shift, a practice of seeing life through a lens of abundance rather than lack. When we cultivate gratitude, we don’t just acknowledge the good—we amplify it. We create space for more joy, more love, and more opportunities to flow into our lives.
The Energy of Abundance
Abundance isn’t just about material wealth. It’s the richness of relationships, the depth of experiences, the beauty of the present moment. When we focus on what we have rather than what we’re missing, we begin to recognize just how full our lives already are.
Gratitude shifts our mindset from scarcity to sufficiency. Instead of thinking, “I don’t have enough time,” we recognize, “I have exactly the time I need to focus on what matters.” Instead of, “I wish I had more,” we acknowledge, “I am already surrounded by so much.”
This shift doesn’t just make us feel good—it changes the way we attract abundance. When we radiate gratitude, we open ourselves to receive even more. Gratitude truly is a "superpower" we all have within. We just have to choose it.
Practicing Gratitude to Welcome Abundance
Abundance isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we invite in through intentional practices. Here are a few ways to cultivate gratitude and create a thriving, abundant life:
1. Start and End the Day with Gratitude
Begin each morning by naming three things you’re grateful for, and do the same before bed. This simple practice rewires your brain to focus on abundance rather than lack.
2. Savor the Present Moment
Abundance is found in the now. Whether it’s a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the sound of laughter with loved ones, the feel of sunshine on your skin, or shenanigas at the funny farm—pause, take it in, and truly savor it.
3. Express Gratitude to Others
When we express appreciation, we not only uplift others but also deepen our own sense of abundance. Send a heartfelt message, write a note, or simply say, “I appreciate you.” Gratitude multiplies when shared.
4. Transform Challenges into Lessons
Gratitude isn’t just for the good times. Even struggles carry gifts—strength, resilience, wisdom. When we find gratitude in difficult moments, we unlock a new level of abundance: the ability to grow through everything.
5. Give Freely, Trusting in Overflow
One of the greatest signs of an abundant mindset is generosity. Whether it’s time, energy, or resources, giving without fear of lack affirms that there is always enough. The more we give, the more we receive.
A Life Rooted in Gratitude
Abundance isn’t something outside of us—it’s something we cultivate from within. When we live with gratitude, we stop chasing and start receiving. We recognize that we are already rich in love, opportunities, and possibilities.
So today, take a deep breath, look around, and ask yourself: What is abundant in my life right now? The answer might surprise you. And as you welcome that abundance with gratitude, you’ll find that life has a beautiful way of giving you even more to be thankful for.
Here’s to thriving in abundance, one grateful moment at a time.
Cheers,
Zanna
