Thankful Thursday Reflection Guide - A Journey of Gratitude, Dreams, and Self-Love
Welcome to this week’s Thankful Thursday experience! This is a time to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. Through music, movement, and journaling, you’ll connect with your dreams, release what no longer serves you, and embrace gratitude.

1. “Right Where I Belong” – Fearless Soul
Close your eyes and just listen.
Let the lyrics and melody guide you inward. What emotions come up? What dreams have been whispering to you? Are you holding on too tightly to something—an expectation, a fear, a past version of yourself?

• What dreams are stirring in your heart right now?
• What are you gripping too tightly that may be holding you back?
• What do you need to release? Add it to the “Let It Go” Bucket or simply decide to let it go now.
2. “You Make My Dreams Come True” – Hall & Oates
Stand in front of a mirror and sing this to yourself.
Yes, really. Look into your own eyes. Love what you see. This reflection is more than a face—it’s your story, your strength, your resilience. So often, we wait for others to fulfill our dreams, but today, you choose to be the author of your own story.
Dance with yourself. High-five yourself. Science shows that giving yourself a high five in the mirror can actually boost your mood, increase self-confidence, and rewire your brain for self-empowerment.
