Thankful Thursday

Today, I am thankful for the lessons and the blessings that have shown up in both expected and unexpected ways.

I’m noticing the little miracles all around me, a smile of someone I love, the warmth of the sun, a meaningful conversation, and the quiet wisdom of our animals.

Sometimes the greatest miracle of all is simply a shift in perception. Choosing to see the opportunities in the challenges.

What little miracle are you noticing today? 🌸

Much Love & Gratitude,
Zanna

Sacred Sunday | The Quiet Joy of Happiness

“One day you will realize that happiness is not what your house looks like, but how you love the people within its walls. Happiness is not finding success by a certain time, but finding something you love so much time itself seems to disappear. Happiness is not thinking you have earned the world’s approval, but waking up each day and feeling so at peace within your own skin, quietly anticipating the day ahead, unconcerned with how you are perceived. Happiness is not having the best of everything, but the ability to make the best of anything. Happiness is knowing you are doing what you can with what you were given. Happiness is not something that comes to you when every problem is solved and all things are perfectly in place, but in the shining silver linings that remind us the light of day is always there, if you slow down enough to notice.”
— Brianna Wiest, The Pivot Year

F🩷CK IT FRIDAY | STRONG ENOUGH TO BEND

This week’s vibe is all about being strong enough to bend.

There’s a time to stand firm for what you believe in, and there’s a time to soften, sway, and let the winds of life move through you.

🩷 Where in life has stubbornness stood in the way of what matters most?

🩷 And where has your willingness to bend allowed you to stay standing, grounded and growing through it all?

Let’s dance off the heavy, celebrate the magic in the messy, and fill our buckets as we wrap up the first week of November.

Thrive Tip Tuesday | Face Your Fear

Fear is a sneaky little bully that loves to run the show if we let it. Sure, fear has its purpose, it’s there to keep us alive (thank you, instinct and intuition!) but it also loves to stand in the way of what’s possible.

‘Round here at the ranch, I see fear in action every day. The cat bolts from the dog, someone runs from Earl the crazy rooster, and Buddy the alpaca can’t decide if he’s going to run away dramatically or turn around and chase Lucy right back.

What I observe time and time again is that the best way to stop a bully (or fear) is to turn and face it. When we face what scares us, we find our courage, our confidence, and our power.

Facing fear ‘round here looks like…

🩷 Our cats turning to face our enthusiastic pup Ollie, who just wants to play (but they don’t know that!) with a firm arch of the back and a hiss that clearly says, “Nope, not happening.”

🩷 Watching for crazy Earl’s sneak attack and saying, “EARRRRRLLLL… I see you, I love you, Earl.” Turns out...

MAKE IT HAPPEN MONDAY| THANK YOURSELF

With a vibe of gratitude this month, let’s start with someone we forget way too often… ourselves.

When was the last time you actually said:

“Thank you, me… for keeping on, keeping on.”

You always:
• stand back up when life knocks you down,
• love with your whole heart,
• own your mistakes and grow through them.
• and you do all the things….

That deserves celebration.

So here’s the vibe as we embrace this week:

Look in the mirror, give yourself a little wink, and say,
“Thank you, me, for doing what I do. Maybe the thing they said you couldn’t do.” Because you did. And you’re still doing it. Maybe even give yourself a high five! Don’t be afraid to look silly because no one is looking. And if they do, let it go. F🩷CK IT.😘

Here’s a great song to get your dance on this morning. Turn it up while you’re getting ready and let that confidence settle into your bones.

The Power of Being Intentional Daily
The 7-Day Thrive Daily Challenge

Life has a way of sweeping us up in its chaos emails, errands, family, work, and endless distractions. But we still get to choose how we show up each day.

Being intentional isn’t about perfection. It’s about small, powerful choices that align us with who we want to be and the life we’re cultivating. When we pause long enough to choose presence, gratitude, movement, connection, and joy, we fill our “Buckets” one act at a time. Over time, those add up to an overflowing, thriving life.

With this in mind I created the Thrive Daily Habits Checklist - five categories with simple, doable habits that remind us to ground ourselves, grow, and live with purpose.

 Grounding & Presence

  • Step outside for morning sunlight & fresh air

  • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for

  • Take a mindful 2-minute breathing pause

 Mind & Growth

  • Read at least 1 page of something uplifting

  • Reflect with “So what, now what?” Fill your BEST LIFE BUCKETS

  • Disconnect—no screen time for an hour (morning or bedtime)

 Body & Energy

  • Drink water before coffee

  • Stretch, dance, or move in small ways

  • Add one colorful food to your meals

 Relationships & Connection

  • Send a genuine check-in to someone

  • Give full attention in one conversation

  • Do a tiny act of love (hug, thank-you, smile)

 Purpose & Joy

  • Visualize or note one step toward a dream

  • Celebrate a tiny victory

  • Do one thing that lights you up (sing, dance, doodle, workout, hike, laugh)

The 7-Day Thrive Daily Challenge

For the next 7 days, I’m inviting you to pick 3 habits from the list each day and commit to doing them. That’s it. Simple, intentional, and powerful. Print your checklist here!

Choose different habits each day —or stick with the same three if that feels right.

How to Join:

  1. Choose 3 habits daily from the checklist.

  2. Practice them intentionally for 7 days.

  3. Share your journey with the THRIVER Tribe (post, picture, or reflection).

Those who complete the 7-day challenge and share about it will be entered into a special giveaway drawing, a little gift from me to celebrate your intentional living.

Imagine what can shift in just one week when you live with purpose, presence, and joy. Let’s thrive together, one small daily choice at a time.

Much Love,

Zanna

Sacred Sunday: Intentionally Cultivating Your Dream Life
Visualization & Manifestation

THE DREAM

You know those dreams that tug on your heart—the ones that feel both exhilarating and a little scary? Yeah, those are the ones that matter. The truth is, your dream isn’t waiting on a perfect plan. It’s waiting on your belief. Your commitment. Your willingness to see it, speak it, and start living in alignment with it.

VISUALIZATION + INTENTION = MANIFESTATIN IN MOTION

Visualization and daily intention-setting are powerful tools for manifesting your dreams because they align your mindset, emotions, and actions toward a specific goal. By focusing your attention and energy, you prime your brain (and even your environment) to spot opportunities and take meaningful steps. Here’s how you can use them more effectively, plus some newer techniques you can try:

How They Work Together

  1. Visualization engages your imagination and emotions, creating a mental “rehearsal” of success.
  2. Intention-setting grounds that vision in the present moment, helping you take aligned actions each day.

Daily Practice Framework

Morning:

  • 1. Visualization (5 minutes)
    • Close your eyes and see your dream life as if it’s happening right now.
    • Engage the senses: What do you see, hear, feel, smell?
    • Focus on the emotional state you want to live in.
  • 2. Intention Setting (2–3 minutes)
    • Ask: “What energy do I want to bring today?”
    • Set 1–2 concrete intentions (e.g., “I will take one step toward launching my business” or “I will connect with someone who inspires me”).

Evening:

  • 3. Reflection
    • Did you act in alignment with your intention?
    • What did you learn or notice today that moves you closer to your vision?

New Techniques to Try

1. “Future You” Journaling

Write a journal entry as if you’re already living your dream life. Describe your day in detail. This reprograms your subconscious and builds belief.

Example: “I woke up in my beach house, excited for my morning meeting with my dream client…”

 2. Embodied Visualization

While visualizing, incorporate subtle movement—stand tall, smile, breathe deeply. This connects the body and mind and reinforces confidence and readiness.

 3. Vocal Intention Setting

Speak your intentions out loud with conviction. Saying them activates different areas of the brain and boosts commitment. Try:

  • “Today, I show up fully for my creative work.”
  • “I attract aligned opportunities with ease.”

 4. Micro-Intentions Throughout the Day

Don’t just set one intention in the morning—pause throughout the day to reset. Ask:

  • “How can I align with my vision in this moment?”
  • “What would the future version of me choose here?”

 5. Visualization Anchoring

Choose a small physical object (a stone, ring, bracelet) and hold or wear it during your visualization. Later, when you touch it during the day, you re-trigger that empowered state.

Here's to DREAMING our dreams and making them REALITY. I am rolling out a 7 Day Manifestation Challenge.

Each day, we’ll focus on one sacred aspect of manifestation: combining mindset, energy, and aligned action. This isn’t about hustle—it’s about harmony. About showing up each day on purpose.

Day 1 begins tomorrow. I hope you will look for it and join us!

Cheers,

Zanna

Welcoming Abundance with Gratitude
A "Superpower" for Thriving ILife

In a world that often teaches us to chase more—more success, more wealth, more achievements—it’s easy to overlook the abundance already present in our lives. But what if the secret to inviting even more blessings isn’t in striving harder, but in slowing down and appreciating what’s already here?

Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you.” It’s a perspective shift, a practice of seeing life through a lens of abundance rather than lack. When we cultivate gratitude, we don’t just acknowledge the good—we amplify it. We create space for more joy, more love, and more opportunities to flow into our lives.

The Energy of Abundance

Abundance isn’t just about material wealth. It’s the richness of relationships, the depth of experiences, the beauty of the present moment. When we focus on what we have rather than what we’re missing, we begin to recognize just how full our lives already are.

Gratitude shifts our mindset from scarcity to sufficiency. Instead of thinking, “I don’t have enough time,” we recognize, “I have exactly the time I need to focus on what matters.” Instead of, “I wish I had more,” we acknowledge, “I am already surrounded by so much.”

This shift doesn’t just make us feel good—it changes the way we attract abundance. When we radiate gratitude, we open ourselves to receive even more. Gratitude truly is a "superpower" we all have within. We just have to choose it.

Practicing Gratitude to Welcome Abundance

Abundance isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we invite in through intentional practices. Here are a few ways to cultivate gratitude and create a thriving, abundant life:

1. Start and End the Day with Gratitude

Begin each morning by naming three things you’re grateful for, and do the same before bed. This simple practice rewires your brain to focus on abundance rather than lack.

2. Savor the Present Moment

Abundance is found in the now. Whether it’s a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the sound of laughter with loved ones, the feel of sunshine on your skin, or shenanigas at the funny farm—pause, take it in, and truly savor it.

3. Express Gratitude to Others

When we express appreciation, we not only uplift others but also deepen our own sense of abundance. Send a heartfelt message, write a note, or simply say, “I appreciate you.” Gratitude multiplies when shared.

4. Transform Challenges into Lessons

Gratitude isn’t just for the good times. Even struggles carry gifts—strength, resilience, wisdom. When we find gratitude in difficult moments, we unlock a new level of abundance: the ability to grow through everything.

5. Give Freely, Trusting in Overflow

One of the greatest signs of an abundant mindset is generosity. Whether it’s time, energy, or resources, giving without fear of lack affirms that there is always enough. The more we give, the more we receive.

A Life Rooted in Gratitude

Abundance isn’t something outside of us—it’s something we cultivate from within. When we live with gratitude, we stop chasing and start receiving. We recognize that we are already rich in love, opportunities, and possibilities.

So today, take a deep breath, look around, and ask yourself: What is abundant in my life right now? The answer might surprise you. And as you welcome that abundance with gratitude, you’ll find that life has a beautiful way of giving you even more to be thankful for.

Here’s to thriving in abundance, one grateful moment at a time.

Cheers,

Zanna
