F🩷CK IT FRIDAY 🩷 | CONNECTION

Happy F🩷CK It FRIDAY!

This week’s vibe has been all about connection.

Connection with yourself.
Connection with others.
Connection with this beautiful Earth we get to call home.

Kick off your shoes and join me in getting grounded. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Take a deep breath. Look around and celebrate the magic, the messy, and all the blessings this week brought with it.

Fill your gratitude bucket with the people, moments, glimmers, and lessons you’re thankful for.

Fill your F🩷CK IT Bucket with whatever feels heavy, disconnected, or simply isn’t serving you anymore.

And fill your Dream Bucket with whatever makes your heart light up and pulls you toward the life you’re dreaming of.

Then turn up the music and dance toward those dreams, barefoot, boots on, or a little bit of both. 🤠🩷

Because sometimes the best way forward is simply to reconnect with yourself, your people, the earth beneath your feet, and the dreams in your heart.

What connection filled your bucket this week? ...

It’s been a beautiful week of filling buckets, making connections, sharing moments to cherish, having meaningful conversations, and dancing in the direction of our dreams.

What glimmers are you thankful for today? ✨

Share them in the comments, and I’ll celebrate with you by adding them to our Gratitude Buckets in the barn. šŸŖ£šŸ’•

WHEN MY TWO WORLDS COLLIDE IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WAY. šŸ©·šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Oh, how I love when my two worlds collide in the most beautiful way!

This week, we had the blessing of welcoming Mr. Andy to Thrive Ranch alongside our dear friends Jennifer and Ella.

Mr. Andy is retired U.S. Army Major Andrew J. Bringuel, whose military service spanned 20 years, from September 1955 to December 1975. His collection of military honors and decorations tells a story of service and dedication that deserves to be celebrated.

What an absolute honor to give Mr. Andy a moment to connection with our sweet crew. They all loved him.ā™„ļø

I hope it was as good for his heart as it was for ours. šŸ©·šŸŖ£šŸ’•

Through Thrive Ranch and Honor The Brave, I am blessed with two beautiful ways to share my heart, and moments like these remind me why I do what I do.

Mr. Andy, THANK YOU for your service. It was truly our honor to have you at the ranch.

And to everyone reading this, take a moment to THANK A VETERAN TODAY. Not just for their service, but for the stories, sacrifices, and lives behind that ...

WISDOM WEDNESDAY | ACTION

ā€œAction is the bridge between dreams and reality. It requires courage to begin, persistence to continue, and faith to keep moving even when the results are uncertain.ā€

I’ve found action to be one of the most powerful ways to shake off uncertainty, fear, doubt, and even the I don’t wannas on those lazy mornings.

There have been times in my life when I was frozen by all of the above. Afraid to make a move. Afraid to fail. Afraid to suck at something. I was truly my own greatest obstacle, which I think is true for most of us sometimes.

Along the way, I’ve learned that the most powerful way to move through just about anything is simply to get into action.

Take the step.
Risk failure.
Pivot as needed.
Keep moving until the goal is achieved.

The dream might even change along the way. There will surely be bumps in the road, detours, and moments when you question where you’re headed.

But action, despite the bumps and uncertainty, is the only way to get where your heart is calling you.

You don’t...

FUNNY FARM REFLECTIONS

There are definitely mornings I don’t wanna get up and do what needs doing.

But what’s waiting for me outweighs my ā€œI don’t wannas.ā€ šŸ¤

I’m always grateful once I’m up and going that I have a reason to be outside every single day. Walking out and seeing these faces enthusiastically waiting for me makes me smile, even on the heavy days.

I’ve walked through good days and hard ones out here. I’ve laughed and I’ve let the tears fall when I needed to.

I’m always grateful once I’m up and going that I have a reason to be outside every day. Walking outside to see these faces enthusiastically waiting makes me smile, even on heavy days.

A little reminder that sometimes the thing we don’t wanna get up and do is exactly the thing our heart needs most.

The simple things really are the big things. šŸ¤

XOXO,

Zanna šŸ’•

THRIVE TUESDAY 🌿l Simple things. Big impact.

As y’all know, I’m a BIG believer in the simple things that can have a really big impact.

And while I love when life feels simple, the reality is, we all have stress. In a perfect world, we could navigate our days without it, but that’s just not real life.

Thriving isn’t about avoiding the hard. It’s about learning how to walk through it as powerfully and intentionally as possible.

For me, that starts with faith. Faith that every obstacle has purpose. Faith that there is a solution, even when I can’t see it yet. And faith that I am always being guided by something greater than myself.

Then I come back to the simple things.

I go outside.
I breathe.
I feel the sunshine, or the rain on my skin.
I put my bare feet on the ground.
I love on an animal.
I move my body.
I notice what is good right here, right now.

And for a few minutes, I surrender everything else.

One of my favorite things about the ranch is getting to share this experience with other people. So often, after people spend time outside and with the animals, I ...

The Power of Being Intentional Daily
The 7-Day Thrive Daily Challenge

Ā

Life has a way of sweeping us up in its chaos emails, errands, family, work, and endless distractions. But we still get to choose how we show up each day.Ā

Ā

Being intentional isn’t about perfection. It’s about small, powerful choices that align us with who we want to be and the life we’re cultivating. When we pause long enough to choose presence, gratitude, movement, connection, and joy, we fill our ā€œBucketsā€ one act at a time. Over time, those add up to an overflowing, thriving life.

Ā

With this in mind I created the Thrive Daily Habits Checklist - five categories with simple, doable habits that remind us to ground ourselves, grow, and live with purpose.

Ā Grounding & Presence

  • Step outside for morning sunlight & fresh air

  • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for

  • Take a mindful 2-minute breathing pause

Ā Mind & Growth

  • Read at least 1 page of something uplifting

  • Reflect with ā€œSo what, now what?ā€ Fill your BEST LIFE BUCKETS

  • Disconnect—no screen time for an hour (morning or bedtime)

Ā Body & Energy

  • Drink water before coffee

  • Stretch, dance, or move in small ways

  • Add one colorful food to your meals

Ā Relationships & Connection

  • Send a genuine check-in to someone

  • Give full attention in one conversation

  • Do a tiny act of love (hug, thank-you, smile)

Ā Purpose & Joy

  • Visualize or note one step toward a dream

  • Celebrate a tiny victory

  • Do one thing that lights you up (sing, dance, doodle, workout, hike, laugh)

Ā

The 7-Day Thrive Daily ChallengeĀ

For the next 7 days, I’m inviting you to pick 3 habits from the list each day and commit to doing them. That’s it. Simple, intentional, and powerful. Print your checklist here!

Ā

Choose different habits each day —or stick with the same three if that feels right.

How to Join:

  1. Choose 3 habits daily from the checklist.

  2. Practice them intentionally for 7 days.

  3. Share your journey with the THRIVER Tribe (post, picture, or reflection).

Those who complete the 7-day challenge and share about it will be entered into a special giveaway drawing, a little gift from me to celebrate your intentional living.

Imagine what can shift in just one week when you live with purpose, presence, and joy. Let’s thrive together, one small daily choice at a time.

Much Love,

Zanna

Sacred Sunday: Intentionally Cultivating Your Dream Life
Visualization & Manifestation

THE DREAM

You know those dreams that tug on your heart—the ones that feel both exhilarating and a little scary? Yeah, those are the ones that matter. The truth is, your dream isn’t waiting on a perfect plan. It’s waiting on your belief. Your commitment. Your willingness to see it, speak it, and start living in alignment with it.

Ā

VISUALIZATION + INTENTION = MANIFESTATIN IN MOTION

Visualization and daily intention-setting are powerful tools for manifesting your dreams because they align your mindset, emotions, and actions toward a specific goal. By focusing your attention and energy, you prime your brain (and even your environment) to spot opportunities and take meaningful steps. Here’s how you can use them more effectively, plus some newer techniques you can try:

Ā

How They Work Together

  1. Visualization engages your imagination and emotions, creating a mental ā€œrehearsalā€ of success.
  2. Intention-setting grounds that vision in the present moment, helping you take aligned actions each day.

Ā

Daily Practice Framework

Morning:

  • 1. Visualization (5 minutes)
    • Close your eyes and see your dream life as if it’s happening right now.
    • Engage the senses: What do you see, hear, feel, smell?
    • Focus on the emotional state you want to live in.
  • 2. Intention Setting (2–3 minutes)
    • Ask: ā€œWhat energy do I want to bring today?ā€
    • Set 1–2 concrete intentions (e.g., ā€œI will take one step toward launching my businessā€ or ā€œI will connect with someone who inspires meā€).

Evening:

  • 3. Reflection
    • Did you act in alignment with your intention?
    • What did you learn or notice today that moves you closer to your vision?

New Techniques to Try

1. ā€œFuture Youā€ Journaling

Write a journal entry as if you’re already living your dream life. Describe your day in detail. This reprograms your subconscious and builds belief.

Example: ā€œI woke up in my beach house, excited for my morning meeting with my dream clientā€¦ā€

Ā

Ā 2. Embodied Visualization

While visualizing, incorporate subtle movement—stand tall, smile, breathe deeply. This connects the body and mind and reinforces confidence and readiness.

Ā

Ā 3. Vocal Intention Setting

Speak your intentions out loud with conviction. Saying them activates different areas of the brain and boosts commitment. Try:

  • ā€œToday, I show up fully for my creative work.ā€
  • ā€œI attract aligned opportunities with ease.ā€

Ā

Ā 4. Micro-Intentions Throughout the Day

Don’t just set one intention in the morning—pause throughout the day to reset. Ask:

  • ā€œHow can I align with my vision in this moment?ā€
  • ā€œWhat would the future version of me choose here?ā€

Ā

Ā 5. Visualization Anchoring

Choose a small physical object (a stone, ring, bracelet) and hold or wear it during your visualization. Later, when you touch it during the day, you re-trigger that empowered state.

Ā

Here's to DREAMING our dreams and making them REALITY. I am rolling out a 7 Day Manifestation Challenge.Ā

Each day, we’ll focus on one sacred aspect of manifestation: combining mindset, energy, and aligned action. This isn’t about hustle—it’s about harmony. About showing up each day on purpose.

Ā

Day 1 begins tomorrow. I hope you will look for it and join us!

Ā

Cheers,

Zanna

Welcoming Abundance with Gratitude
A "Superpower" for Thriving ILife

Ā

Ā

In a world that often teaches us to chase more—more success, more wealth, more achievements—it’s easy to overlook the abundance already present in our lives. But what if the secret to inviting even more blessings isn’t in striving harder, but in slowing down and appreciating what’s already here?

Ā

Gratitude is more than just saying ā€œthank you.ā€ It’s a perspective shift, a practice of seeing life through a lens of abundance rather than lack. When we cultivate gratitude, we don’t just acknowledge the good—we amplify it. We create space for more joy, more love, and more opportunities to flow into our lives.

Ā

The Energy of Abundance

Ā

Abundance isn’t just about material wealth. It’s the richness of relationships, the depth of experiences, the beauty of the present moment. When we focus on what we have rather than what we’re missing, we begin to recognize just how full our lives already are.

Ā

Gratitude shifts our mindset from scarcity to sufficiency. Instead of thinking, ā€œI don’t have enough time,ā€ we recognize, ā€œI have exactly the time I need to focus on what matters.ā€ Instead of, ā€œI wish I had more,ā€ we acknowledge, ā€œI am already surrounded by so much.ā€

Ā

This shift doesn’t just make us feel good—it changes the way we attract abundance. When we radiate gratitude, we open ourselves to receive even more. Gratitude truly is a "superpower" we all have within. We just have to choose it.Ā

Ā

Practicing Gratitude to Welcome Abundance

Ā

Abundance isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we invite in through intentional practices. Here are a few ways to cultivate gratitude and create a thriving, abundant life:

Ā

1. Start and End the Day with Gratitude

Ā

Begin each morning by naming three things you’re grateful for, and do the same before bed. This simple practice rewires your brain to focus on abundance rather than lack.

Ā

2. Savor the Present Moment

Ā

Abundance is found in the now. Whether it’s a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the sound of laughter with loved ones, the feel of sunshine on your skin, or shenanigas at the funny farm—pause, take it in, and truly savor it.

Ā

3. Express Gratitude to Others

Ā

When we express appreciation, we not only uplift others but also deepen our own sense of abundance. Send a heartfelt message, write a note, or simply say, ā€œI appreciate you.ā€ Gratitude multiplies when shared.

Ā

4. Transform Challenges into Lessons

Ā

Gratitude isn’t just for the good times. Even struggles carry gifts—strength, resilience, wisdom. When we find gratitude in difficult moments, we unlock a new level of abundance: the ability to grow through everything.

Ā

5. Give Freely, Trusting in Overflow

Ā

One of the greatest signs of an abundant mindset is generosity. Whether it’s time, energy, or resources, giving without fear of lack affirms that there is always enough. The more we give, the more we receive.

Ā

A Life Rooted in Gratitude

Ā

Abundance isn’t something outside of us—it’s something we cultivate from within. When we live with gratitude, we stop chasing and start receiving. We recognize that we are already rich in love, opportunities, and possibilities.

Ā

So today, take a deep breath, look around, and ask yourself: What is abundant in my life right now? The answer might surprise you. And as you welcome that abundance with gratitude, you’ll find that life has a beautiful way of giving you even more to be thankful for.

Ā

Here’s to thriving in abundance, one grateful moment at a time.

Cheers,

Zanna
